Meet our Team
Shaurya is a real estate investment & asset management professional with over 17 years of experience mostly focused on investing, advisory and fund raising. He has successfully built & scaled the regional business in his previous roles in real estate spanning Private debt, Corporate & Investment Banking. He has advised Public Private Partnership (PPP) airports on real estate development and monetization strategies and was on the credit investment committee in his last organization. Past stints with leading institutions in the real estate industry at Xander Group, Standard Chartered Bank and Jones Lang Lasalle.
Shaurya is an MBA in Strategy & Finance from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad and Bachelor of Engineering from Mumbai university.

A finance professional with 40 years experience in banking, corporate finance, treasury, risk management and M&A. Former Managing Director and head of Corporate Finance (South Asia) at Siemens and served on the board of Bangalore International Airport Pvt. Ltd.
MANAGING PARTNER – RESOLUT PARTNERS
Renowned corporate lawyer advising on private and public equity, M&A, structured finance and fund formation from a legal, regulatory and cross border perspective. He co-chairs APREA infrastructure committee and is active contributor to policy advocacy, especially SEBI REIT & InvIT regulations.
