Personal Guarantees<\/li>\n<li aria-setsize=\"-1\">Contracted IRR 16.1%<\/li>\n<li aria-setsize=\"-1\">Investment tenor of 2.25 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><b><br \/>\nInvestment Thesis:<br \/>\n<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>The key reasons why we invested were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A brownfield Project with ~30% inventory sold providing significant visibility on future receivables.<\/li>\n<li aria-setsize=\"-1\">Strong collateral coverage with a high 2.9x security cover.<\/li>\n<li aria-setsize=\"-1\">A revenue sharing structure where a Tier 1 developer was responsible for project construction &amp;
